NOVUS TECHNICAL DATA
Specifications, applications and product images
International standard designations, grades, dimensions and units are retained. Final supply parameters are governed by the NOVUS documents confirmed by both parties.
A slip-on flange fits over the pipe end and is attached with specified fillet welds. Fit-up clearance, pipe set-back, weld size and facing must comply with the selected standard and welding procedure; it is not a direct substitute for a weld-neck flange.

Typical uses (project confirmation required)
- General flanged joints where expressly permitted by the piping class.
- Bolted connection points at equipment and valves.
Critical selection points
- Confirm standard, size, pressure rating, material, flange bore, facing, pipe set-back, weld requirements and matching gasket/bolting.
Inspection and documentation
- Check appearance, dimensions, marking, quantity and documents against the mutually confirmed purchase specification.
- Chemical, mechanical, pressure/leak, NDT, PMI or third-party inspection is performed only when required by the applicable standard or order; none should be assumed by default.
Packing and delivery
- Agree moisture, corrosion, impact and end protection for the product geometry, mass, finish and transport route. A timber case or fixed container tonnage is not assumed.
- Confirm labels, quantities, bundling/pallet method, lifting points and destination requirements in the order.
